Prepare payroll journal entries for US HQ and NA subsidiaries.
Calculate payroll-related accruals (monthly, bonus, workers' comp, PTO, commissions).
Execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end close per schedule.
Reconcile and analyze payroll-related GL accounts per GAAP.
Collaborate with FP&A and payroll teams to resolve reconciling items.
Drive automation of payroll accounting tasks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
1+ year payroll accounting experience
3+ years GL accounting experience
GAAP knowledge
Excel proficiency; familiarity with Workday, Oracle, ADP Globalview
Excellent organization, communication, confidentiality, and data integrity
