Own AP processes: expense recognition, prepaid amortization, invoicing, payments
Partner with Procurement, Finance, and others to optimize procure-to-pay
Drive automation of vendor workflows using Auditoria; set KPIs
Lead process improvements; scale global AP across jurisdictions
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to test Brex features
Lead reviews/analysis of operating expenses; budget vs actuals, variance analyses

🎯 Requirements

4-year Accounting degree
3+ years accounting experience
Analyze and reconcile financial data; verify data accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult situations
Innovative with an ownership mindset and growth focus
