Own key month-end close components (prepaids, fixed assets, reconciliations) per GAAP
Build and maintain reconciliation, reporting, and close documentation
Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation and accounting principles
Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations for consolidated reporting
Analyze balance sheet accounts; identify discrepancies and resolve
Partner with Controller to manage close timelines and audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

3+ years accounting experience in SaaS or high-growth tech
Strong US GAAP knowledge in corporate accounting
Experience managing multiple areas of month-end close
Hands-on balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
Understanding of the why behind journal entries and reporting
Comfort with payroll accounting processes
Strong Excel skills with large data sets
