🎯 Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, finance or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting experience (public/accounting a plus)
- Big 4 accounting firm experience is a plus
- CPA (or equivalent license)
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
- Fintech/digital assets/financial services experience a plus
- Experience managing multiple deliverables
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
