Own end-to-end A/P in P2P; review bills and vendor requests.
Code bills into NetSuite AP with project tagging; manage vendor setup.
Pay bills on time in weekly AP run with approvals.
Review OpEx vs budgets; perform monthly Budgets vs Actuals by category.
Support cash flow tracking and month-end close; bank recs and journal entries.
Collaborate with Production Accounting on project status, billbacks, and reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
5 years accounting experience (entertainment preferred)
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
ERP experience (NetSuite, Greenslate, Ramp) or equivalent
US GAAP knowledge
Strong communication, detail-oriented, proactive team player
