Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare journal entries and accruals for month-end close.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (assets, liabilities, A/R, etc.).
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and communicate findings promptly.
• Review invoices and expenses for proper AP coding and treatment.
• Assist year-end and statutory audit preparations.
• Assist budgeting with ad-hoc reports and schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years accounting experience in public or private industry.
• CPA license preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter; works independently or in a team.
• Excellent Excel skills; adept at large data analysis.
• Experience with a major ERP system preferred.
