- Experience preparing balance sheet reconciliations or month-end close
- Follow documented processes and maintain organized workpapers
- Strong Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, data validation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable in managing recurring deadlines during the close cycle
- ERP/close systems like NetSuite, FloQast, or Coupa (nice to have)
