Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Generate capital call and distribution mailings
• Perform wire verification checks, prepare entries
• Assist in cash and stock distributions
• Maintain portfolio tracking reports
• Coordinate with portfolio company counsel and internal legal team as necessary
• Assist with documentation in accordance with SEC guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education experience, with focus in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of combined public accounting or relevant accounting experience
• Able to deal with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software a plus
• Understanding of partnership accounting and/or asset management operations a plus
