🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audits
- SOX/internal controls principles
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
