Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare reconciliations and schedules for journal entries and reports, ensuring timely Month End Close and GAAP compliance.
• Perform inter-company transactions, eliminations and consolidations in NetSuite.
• Prepare monthly flux analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Legal, FP&A, and other stakeholders.
• Support GL operations including AP and expense processing, P-card review, and treasury transactions.
• Assist audits and ad hoc requests; identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA a plus.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong GL and accounting operations background.
• Experience with NetSuite; Numeric and Navan a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with learning mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
