ERP data migration: migrate historical data to new ERP (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite)
Consolidate 5 legal entities; payroll for 2 entities.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of migrated records.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies during migration.
Invoicing and Collections: issue monthly invoices; manage AR; resolve issues.
Month-End Close and Statutory Reporting: post entries, reconcile GL, file reports.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
End-to-end accounting experience: invoicing, collections, payables, reporting.
ERP systems and data migration project experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory reporting.
Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency.
Analytical, organized, and communicative; able to work independently.
