Maintain records for SOX compliance and timely reporting.
Assist in daily corporate accounting operations and team environment.
Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in duties.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 2 years' professional accounting/finance experience.
Authorized to work in the US; background check required.
CPA preferred.
Experience with accounting systems; strong Excel skills.
Knowledge of 404 compliance is a plus.
