Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Own monthly close in Rillet ERP: entries, reconciliations, accruals, analytics.
• ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription contracts.
• Manage AR, invoicing, and collections; aging and DSO.
• Manage AP, vendor onboarding, and corporate card via Ramp and Bill.com.
• Run payroll in BambooHR; GL reconciliation and accruals.

🎯 Requirements

• Active CPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years progressive accounting experience (Big 4 + in-house).
• Strong ASC 606 foundation and revenue recognition.
• Full-cycle close experience in a modern ERP.
• SaaS/recurring revenue exposure; AI in accounting mindset.
