- Prepare journal entries for payroll, bonuses, PTO, and benefits per US GAAP.
- Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts and analyze drivers of change.
- Book cash entries for compensation and benefits; support month-end close.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on earnings, deductions, or taxes.
- Reconcile statutory financials of international subsidiaries to US GAAP.
- Identify process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency; support SOX controls.
🎯 Requirements
- 3 year / Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience
- Minimum 3 years payroll accounting experience
- Advanced understanding of US GAAP
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
