📋 Description

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close; GAAP-conformant books.
• Master SaaS complexity: manage order-to-cash and revenue recognition.
• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and vendor management.
• Automate processes using AI to speed finance operations.
• Build right-sized structure: scale with QuickBooks Online and plan ERP.
• Collaborate & mentor: coach team; partner with Sales on revenue data.

🎯 Requirements

• Startup-seasoned: several years in high-growth tech; SaaS a major plus.
• Technically grounded: solid US GAAP knowledge and audit experience.
• Scrappy mindset: act fast, don't over-engineer, know when to optimize.
• AI-forward: using AI and automation to reduce manual data entry.
• High integrity: handle confidential info and wire controls with ethics.
• Collaborative & mentorship: ability to coach and work cross-functionally (Sales).
