Manage intl entities (Canada, UK, Germany, India) ensuring local compliance.
Review foreign subsidiary books per local GAAP (IFRS/Indian GAAP) and assist US GAAP.
Assist month-end/year-end close with journals and reconciliations.
Coordinate country tax filings (Canada, UK, Germany, India).
Monitor foreign currency transactions per applicable standards.
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions; cross-border invoicing.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
5+ years accounting experience; software company or public accounting a plus.
Strong understanding of foreign currency and intercompany accounting.
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Shareworks, Expensify, ADP, Adaptive.
High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
