- Own full-cycle accounting for India's entity: GL, journals, accruals, prepaids, assets
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review balance sheet and P&L analyses; investigate variances
- Maintain schedules per Indian AS and US GAAP; support internal controls
- Manage AP/AR processes; vendor setup, invoicing, payments, reimbursements
- Ensure GST, TDS, and corporate tax computations; assist audits including SOX
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on full-cycle accounting experience
- Understanding of US GAAP and India statutory accounting
- GST, TDS, corporate tax, and audits in India
- ERP systems experience and Excel (intermediate)
