Lead monthly and year-end close with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Own general ledger integrity and key reconciliations (bank, AR, AP, intercompany)
Manage revenue recognition for hardware, SaaS, and service contracts
Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and billing with global entities
Oversee accounts receivable: billing accuracy, aging, and collections
Partner with Sales to resolve disputes and support cash collection

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4-7 years of progressive accounting experience
Full-cycle accounting and month-end close ownership
Revenue recognition and deferred revenue accounting
2+ years multi-state sales and use tax experience
AR processes and customer collections
