Oversee customer invoice processing to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers across multiple regions
Ensuring timely collection of payments
Apply customer payments in accounting ERP using csv uploads
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure correct customer balances
Investigate and resolve duplicate payments with customers
Process customer refunds and record them in accounting system

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2-4 years of accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communications skills in Arabic and English
Netsuite or Salesforce experience is a plus
