Develop and maintain accounting policies, controls, and improvements.
Optimize month-end and year-end close; collaborate on ad hoc projects.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years accounting, with at least 1 year in a Senior Accountant role.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, formulas) and data analysis.
Experience in a software/SaaS environment.
Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced scale-up.
Based within +3 / -4 UTC.
Reliable home internet and fluent English.
