Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and review monthly payroll journal entries and reconciliations.
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure payroll data accuracy and timeliness.
• Review payroll reports against the GL; investigate discrepancies using data-driven AI.
• Prepare and review benefits reconciliations across multiple systems.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close for payroll and benefits.
• Perform flux and variance analysis on payroll/compensation expenses using AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of compensation accounting experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with large datasets; AI tools are a plus.
• NetSuite ERP and ADP payroll experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
