📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts; main commercial contact for renewals.
  • Manage full renewal cadence: health checks and drafting renewals.
  • Drive timely renewals and protect net retention via forecasting.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene: stages, close dates, forecasts, notes, contacts.
  • Lead end-to-end quote-to-cash: quoting, order forms, signature routing.
  • Partner with Deal Desk, Legal, RevOps, Finance, and Sales on contracts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years in account operations, renewals, or similar in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing full renewal lifecycle: quoting, orders, forecasting.
  • Knowledge of SaaS constructs: subscriptions, usage pricing, MSAs, renewals.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience; data hygiene and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
