  • Lead a portfolio of mobile, cross-platform, esports, and real-money gaming clients.
  • Launch and optimize programmatic CTV campaigns to hit CPA, CPI, and ROAS targets.
  • Develop account plans, identify opportunities, and secure incremental budgets via QBRs.
  • Act as the primary strategic consultant for game publishers on CTV UA and retention.
  • Dive deep into campaign performance and funnels to extract actionable insights for clients.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and AdOps teams to ensure seamless launches and integrations.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance marketing or account management with a strong focus on gaming.
  • Deep understanding of game development lifecycle, user acquisition, and monetization models.
  • Hands-on expertise with MMPs AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch and biddable media platforms.
  • Strong ability to analyze CAC, LTV, churn to build optimization strategies.
  • Exceptional ability to build rapport with studio executives and present campaign strategies.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business or related field.
