- Provide inputs for account-specific demand planning
- Ensure new item launches are flawlessly executed in your accounts
π― Requirements
- 5-10 years in CPG Sales/BD/Accounts; Kroger/personal care experience preferred
- Experience balancing large brands with early-stage brands
- Strong Kroger (and Harris Teeter) relationships
- Proven track record hitting aggressive sales goals
- Experience managing multiple broker networks
- Strong knowledge of national accounts, brokers, distributors
- Interest in health/wellness, personal care, or ecommerce
- Proactive, ownership mindset with urgency and humor
