  • Develop relationships with Kroger decision-makers to grow Dr. Squatch omnichannel presence
  • Collaborate with brokers and partners to build mutually beneficial Kroger strategies
  • Partner with the Associate Director of Sales to craft Kroger sales strategy
  • Work with marketing to create best-in-class in-store merchandising for Dr. Squatch
  • Develop and own trade promotions strategy for Kroger
  • Collaborate with product, ops, and marketing to enable retail initiatives
  • Manage collateral and assets for outreach (1-pagers, sales decks)
  • Provide inputs for account-specific demand planning
  • Ensure new item launches are flawlessly executed in your accounts

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years in CPG Sales/BD/Accounts; Kroger/personal care experience preferred
  • Experience balancing large brands with early-stage brands
  • Strong Kroger (and Harris Teeter) relationships
  • Proven track record hitting aggressive sales goals
  • Experience managing multiple broker networks
  • Strong knowledge of national accounts, brokers, distributors
  • Interest in health/wellness, personal care, or ecommerce
  • Proactive, ownership mindset with urgency and humor
