  • Partner with Enterprise AEs to grow Braze value for top brands.
  • Own opportunities up to $100K, from initial contact to close.
  • Analyze product usage to identify white space for cross-sell and upsell.
  • Collaborate with Renewals, Customer Success, and other teams on upsell.
  • Coordinate with Solutions, Implementation, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewals targets; travel for onsite engagements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales or Account Management, SaaS, with quota-carrying experience.
  • Experience selling to 2,000+ employee companies.
  • Drive, determination and accountability.
  • Excellent product knowledge and ability to learn a feature-rich app.
  • Strong verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
  • Salesforce CRM experience; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote.
