📋 Description

  • Manage strategic client relationships, grow existing business, and drive retention.
  • Grow revenue via up-sell and cross-sell with existing clients.
  • Lead renewals and hit forecasts (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
  • Lead and manage the renewal process.
  • Meet with accounts to analyze needs and impact of current portfolio.
  • Lead pricing negotiations for renewals and upsells.
  • Identify risk and prevent client revenue churn.
  • Facilitate transition of client workflows into the PolicyNote platform.
  • Provide weekly forecast reports.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Discuss legislative and regulatory processes with clients.
  • Travel to on-site client locations occasionally (~25%).
  • Attend industry events.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales/field account mgmt in government/tech with renewal targets.
  • Experience in account management/client success with a SaaS product.
  • Strong sales and retention track record.
  • Lead in-person meetings/demos with C-Suite executives.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and time management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Salesforce proficiency strongly preferred.
