📋 Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of named strategic Enterprise & Digital Native customers across North America
  • Drive account expansion via upsell, renewals, and cross-sell within complex, high-growth organizations
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels, from hands-on engineers to senior executives
  • Act as the quarterback for your accounts, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing
  • Clearly articulate Aerospike’s unique value proposition and translate deep technical capabilities into business impact
  • Own forecasting, pipeline, and opportunity management in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally with a database, data platform, or data services background
  • Proven success managing and expanding Enterprise & Digital Native accounts in North America
  • Hands-on experience selling into product-led, engineering-driven organizations
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative, value-based sales approach
  • Product-led or technical sales experience highly desirable
