  • Own and exceed revenue targets for renewals, upsells, and expansion.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities across Vantaโ€™s product portfolio.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Manage high-value strategic accounts across EMEA and build executive relationships.

  • 5+ years in Account Management or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets (>100% attainment).
  • Experience with complex, multi-year contracts and enterprise procurement.
  • Background in security, compliance, GRC, or related technical domains.
  • Salesforce, Gong, and Google Workspace proficiency; strong technical discussion skills.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA up to 25%; multilingual a plus.
