- 3-5 years in account/relationship management or consultative sales
- Proven track record renewing and negotiating contracts
- Demonstrated success driving upsell and cross-sell revenue
- Experience managing mid-sized to large B2B client portfolios
- Strong executive presence and ability to build C-level relationships
- Comfortable conducting in-person client meetings
- Commercially minded, proactive, and highly accountable
