  • Own a portfolio of long-term client accounts (2+ years)

  • 3-5 years in account/relationship management or consultative sales
  • Proven track record renewing and negotiating contracts
  • Demonstrated success driving upsell and cross-sell revenue
  • Experience managing mid-sized to large B2B client portfolios
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build C-level relationships
  • Comfortable conducting in-person client meetings
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and highly accountable
