Senior Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own revenue across accounts and branches to grow financing adoption and revenue.
• Develop strategic account plans by understanding client objectives and challenges.
• Engage with decision-makers to present financing solutions and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with account mgmt, lender ops, sales, product, and engineering.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the 360 Finance platform to add value.
• Monitor account health and proactively address risks to maximize usage.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years account management; 2+ years in home improvement lending.
• Experience in home service financing and upselling/cross-selling.
• Previous team leadership experience preferred.
• Salesforce proficiency; Excel intermediate/advanced; Tableau a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 40% (overnight/multi-day).
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to influence executives.
