🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MS/MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of sales/account mgmt in consumer electronics/retail.
  • 3+ years selling into Walmart with buyer relationships.
  • Proven track record hitting Walmart revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of big-box retail: assortment, price, promo.
  • Ability to build Joint Business Plans (JBP) and pull POS reports.
  • Data-driven: translate POS, share, margin, promo ROI into actions.
  • Cross-functional collaborator; able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
