- Proven track record hitting Walmart revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of big-box retail: assortment, price, promo.
- Ability to build Joint Business Plans (JBP) and pull POS reports.
- Data-driven: translate POS, share, margin, promo ROI into actions.
- Cross-functional collaborator; able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
