📋 Description

• Lead complex, multi-entity client relationships across banks, fintechs, asset managers, and corporates.
• Subject-matter expert for Coinbase Prime; drive custody, trading, staking, and stablecoins.
• Primary escalation point for complex inquiries; coordinate with internal teams for fast resolution.
• Lead onboarding from initial config to live production with cross-team collaboration.
• Act as the connector between Sales, Trading, Legal and Product; remove onboarding hurdles.
• Translate client requirements into scalable features shaping the long-term roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Uses generative AI tools with human-in-the-loop to improve outputs.
• 6+ years managing institutional relationships in banks, fintech, or digital asset firms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to influence outcomes.
• Builds trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver results.
• Understands risks across key functions and workflows; identifies issues.
• Proven leadership as a team lead or mentor in a high-performance environment.
