๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead LPR sales strategy across public safety customers with KALs.
  • Be the technical expert on LPR cameras, data flows, and cloud integration.
  • Manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including RFPs and deals.
  • Deliver compelling demos, pilots, and customer education.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, CS, and Field Sales to enable deals.
  • Champion the customer voice by feeding field insights to product teams.

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure
  • Proven track record in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota
  • Strong technical aptitude: explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to IT and non-tech users
  • Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts
  • Knowledge of public safety procurement, including RFPs, budgets, and grants
  • Willingness to travel 30โ€“50% to customer sites, events, and demos
