- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure
- Proven track record in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota
- Strong technical aptitude: explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to IT and non-tech users
- Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts
- Knowledge of public safety procurement, including RFPs, budgets, and grants
- Willingness to travel 30โ50% to customer sites, events, and demos
