  • Proven track record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota.
  • Strong technical aptitude; explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to IT/non-tech users.
  • Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the public safety/government procurement landscape, including RFPs, budgets, and grants.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skillsβ€”both written and verbal.
