π― Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota.
- Strong technical aptitude; explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to IT/non-tech users.
- Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts.
- Deep understanding of the public safety/government procurement landscape, including RFPs, budgets, and grants.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skillsβboth written and verbal.
