๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead LPR sales strategy with Key Account Leaders to close deals.
  • Be the technical expert on LPR product knowledge, data workflows, and differentiation.
  • Partner with KALs to engage decision-makers, RFPs, and large agencies.
  • Coordinate demos, pilots, and customer education sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, CS, and Field Sales.
  • Bring field insights to teams to improve product-market fit.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, esp. public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure
  • Proven track record of long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and quota achievement
  • Strong technical aptitude; explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software
  • Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts
  • Deep knowledge of public safety procurement, including RFPs, budgets, and grants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
  • Willingness to travel 30โ€“50% to customer sites, events, and demos
