📋 Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Public Sector & Institutional prospects and clients.
  • Drive net new revenue via new logo acquisition and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contract.
  • Navigate procurement processes including RFPs, budget approvals, and legal reviews.
  • Build and execute land-and-expand strategy within large institutions and multi-site organizations.
  • Identify, map, and multi-thread key decision makers, influencers, and budget owners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of B2B public sector/institutional sales.
  • Proven success managing complex, consultative, long sales cycles.
  • Experience navigating procurement, RFPs, budgets, and legal reviews.
  • Engage and influence senior, non-commercial stakeholders.
  • Sell value tied to mission, impact, and long-term partnerships.
  • CRM tools and structured forecasting experience.
