  • Strong negotiation chops; multi-year high-ACV contracts.
  • Technical and cloud fluency: observability, security, cloud pricing.
  • Collaborative mindset and coachability; aligns with Elastic values.
  • Open Source enthusiasm; OSS context beneficial.
