  • Manage and retain client relationships as a consultative advisor in Life Science & Digital Healthcare.
  • Assess client's risk to determine insurance needs and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and nurture market and carrier relationships within serviced industries.
  • Stay up to date with FDA news, regulations and biotechnology trends.
  • Partner with production teams to align service offerings and delivery of client needs.
  • Prepare for and conduct client meetings, including renewal strategy and stewardship.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
  • Knowledge of Life Science, Biotechnology, Digital Healthcare and/or Telemedicine.
  • Excellent negotiation and written/public speaking skills.
  • Strong customer service, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to drive process improvements.
  • Proficient with MS Office and related software.
