  • Own the full sales cycle for GelatoConnect products
  • Drive outbound prospecting and convert inbound demand
  • Lead discovery with commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Leadership on strategic deals
  • Close high-value, multi-product agreements and expand key accounts

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales, ideally SaaS or cloud platforms with closing experience
  • Demonstrated success in consultative, enterprise-style sales motions
  • Experience selling operationally complex solutions with multiple modules
  • Strong discovery skills to uncover real business pain
  • Experience translating business needs into software-driven solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Credible with senior stakeholders across commercial, technical, and operational roles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and ownership
  • Highly organized, strategic, and disciplined in pipeline management
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with autonomy
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tooling
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
