- Experience selling operationally complex solutions with multiple modules
- Strong discovery skills to uncover real business pain
- Experience translating business needs into software-driven solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Credible with senior stakeholders across commercial, technical, and operational roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and ownership
- Highly organized, strategic, and disciplined in pipeline management
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with autonomy
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tooling
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
