  • Sales of technical products and services to federal customers
  • Strategic revenue growth of federal accounts
  • Initiating and building relationships with engineering staff, program management, procurement and executives
  • Set up sales calls with executives and engineers and qualify leads
  • Understand federal procurement processes including FAR/DFARS
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain CRM data

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years federal acquisition experience (Navy/Air Force preferred)
  • 2+ years sales with quota carrying responsibilities
  • 2+ years selling technical products or services in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of government contracting and procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50%
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentations
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
