  • Own and grow the USAF territory including AFMC/MAJCOMs and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned to Air Force modernization.
  • Expand Mattermost footprint across commands and programs via executive alignment.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise SaaS sales cycles with security reviews.
  • Navigate FAR/DFARS requirements and contract vehicles (IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs).
  • Build internal deal governance and forecasting discipline through Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • 5+ years selling into U.S. Federal/DoD accounts.
  • Proven success selling into the USAF ecosystem (AFMC/MAJCOMs/PEOs).
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-million-dollar software transactions.
  • Experience co-selling with Federal Systems Integrators and partner-driven deals.
  • DoD procurement knowledge; U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.
