π― Requirements
- 3β5 years in B2B sales, recruiting, CRE, or similar client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently.
- Strong fluency in CRE concepts, hiring processes, and org structures.
- Experience supporting or leading closing conversations and negotiations.
- Ability to operate with autonomy while partnering with leadership.
- Proven ability to influence decision makers and manage complex sales motions.
