  • Collaborate with MD to design targeted prospecting by territory for CRE clients.
  • Follow up on leads via email, phone, video, and LinkedIn to qualify.
  • Guide prospects through our search offerings, articulate CRE value, run discovery.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients with MD support.
  • Work cross-functionally with recruiting to align role requirements and search scopes.
  • Leverage Bisnow, Biscred and SelectLeaders data and relationships to drive revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B sales, recruiting, CRE, or similar client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently.
  • Strong fluency in CRE concepts, hiring processes, and org structures.
  • Experience supporting or leading closing conversations and negotiations.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy while partnering with leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence decision makers and manage complex sales motions.
