  • 3–5 years in B2B sales, recruiting, CRE, or related role.
  • Proven success managing a sales pipeline and advancing deals independently.
  • Strong fluency in CRE concepts, hiring processes, and org structures.
  • Experience supporting or leading closing conversations and negotiations.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while partnering with leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence decision makers and manage complex sales motions.
