📋 Description

  • Daily outbound prospecting to Target Accounts to generate pipeline
  • Partner network referrals, co-sell on opportunities
  • Execute sales cycle: discovery, demos, executive alignment
  • Become an expert in Fivetran’s technology, market, and value proposition
  • Drive adoption and expansion within first 6 months as a customer
  • Forecast weekly opportunities using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
  • Collaborate with team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Adapt to a fast-moving environment with change

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-4 years of closing sales experience
  • Experience in Business Development - crucial for AE at Fivetran
  • Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
