Mentor and role model to junior staff

🎯 Requirements

3–4 years leading comms strategy in arts, culture or media; PR agency experience preferred
Familiarity with arts, culture and local politics
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Demonstrated relationships with reporters and strong news sense
Clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and teamwork
