  • Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategy for Mirakl Ads in EMEA.
  • Own quota attainment with a repeatable approach to new customer acquisition.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure (5–9 months).
  • Build senior-level relationships with decision-makers in retailers and publishers.
  • Demonstrate ROI of Mirakl's retail media monetisation to advertisers.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Eng, Product, CS, and Legal to accelerate deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in Ad-tech, retail media or SaaS with quota attainment.
  • Deep understanding of DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising.
  • Ability to prioritise pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to hit targets.
  • Experience ROI demonstrations and solution selling with ROI focus.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills across stakeholders.
  • English: C2 level; German/French/Dutch a plus.
