- Proven sales track record in Ad-tech, retail media or SaaS with quota attainment.
- Deep understanding of DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising.
- Ability to prioritise pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to hit targets.
- Experience ROI demonstrations and solution selling with ROI focus.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills across stakeholders.
- English: C2 level; German/French/Dutch a plus.
