🎯 Requirements

• You understand agencies, their pace, pressure, and ambition
• 4–6+ years of sales or PR agency experience
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Exceptional communication in executive and written strategy
• Experience in SaaS/subscription/recurring revenue (preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
