Own and lead multiple client accounts and overall client relationships
Provide strategic direction and lead client briefs, meetings, and annual planning
Ensure high-quality project delivery, creative excellence, and client satisfaction
Maintain strong industry/therapeutic knowledge and proactively pursue organic growth
Lead pitches, drive organic growth, and identify new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

7–10 years’ experience in advertising, ideally healthcare
Experience across global, regional, and domestic markets
Ability to tailor strategies to different geographies
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Previous line management experience
