- Prepare, monitor and resolve billing discrepancies; perform reconciliations.
π― Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years brokerage or carrier experience.
- Minimum 3+ total years in a comparable environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication with strong customer service.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology systems; quick to learn and train.
- Foundational project management; capable of coordinating tasks and supporting teams.
- Resident Property and Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

- Estimated base salary $55.7Kβ$99.5K with bonus.
- Total compensation includes bonus, RSUs, 401(k), and PTO.
