- Proven experience as Accessibility Specialist, Accessibility Engineer, or Senior QA Engineer with deep accessibility expertise.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and accessibility principles.
- Experience testing accessibility across web and mobile platforms.
- Hands-on experience with screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver (JAWS a plus).
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA to understand and fix accessibility issues.
- Experience validating responsive, mobile-first, and native or hybrid mobile apps.
- At least one recognized accessibility certification (IAAP CPACC, IAAP WAS, IAAP CPWA).
